Nesty provides a workspace for organizing projects, mail, files, and collaboration, including AI-assisted features. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account and for having the rights to the content you ingest. Your content remains yours; you grant Nesty only the license needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your content to you and to those you share it with.

Do not use Nesty to violate law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to breach the service's security. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content can be imperfect. Review important output before relying on it; Nesty does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Connected services (Google, Dropbox, GitHub) are governed by their own terms. You can disconnect any integration at any time.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inhouse Tech's liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Nesty at any time and request deletion per the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by posting the revised version here. Questions: dev@inh.tech.
